We do not collect any upfront payment because we could not confirm the issue of your car over a phone call.

For example, you could order a new battery for your car. But when our technician diagnosed your car, all you need is just a jumpstart. Then you will have to wait 3-7 working days for us to refund.

We would like to avoid such case.

You may perform the payment once the service is done. Either cash, card, ewallet, instalment or crypto, our onsite technician would be able to assist you with it.

Refund process will take 3-7 working days to be processed by our finance.

Starting from 1st January 2021, our technicians have stopped carrying any physical terminal to swipe your card for debit/credit card payment.

All card payments are to be made online. A payment link will be sent to you via SMS/Whatsapp and you may proceed to pay via the link.

The value of your crypto will be based on Luno Malaysia, T-1hour from the time the job is completed.

No. We only accept card payment for our instalment plant. And no, we do not accept combined cash+card instalment.

The instalment plant is 0% interest. However if your card balance is less than the amount of monthly instalment and auto deduction was failed, there will be a late payment charge imposed.
